If your watch ever requires servicing, adjustment, or maintenance, our team is always here to assist you and keep your timepiece running perfectly.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your watch arrives with any manufacturing defects, functional issues, or if you receive the incorrect model, we accept returns and will completely resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

• Please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Provide your order number along with a clear photo or video demonstrating the issue.

• Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a free repair, a replacement, or a full refund.

3. Return Shipping for Defective Goods

If a return is authorized due to a verified product defect, we will provide you with specific return shipping instructions. For any other authorized standard returns (where applicable), the customer remains responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

4. Custom Specifications and Final Sale Terms

Please note that our timepieces are individually custom-made and personalized to order based on specific customer selections and design requirements.

In strict accordance with international e-commerce regulations and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (change-of-mind return) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because each watch is a unique custom creation built specifically for you, purchases cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded simply for change of mind or without a verified structural defect. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these custom manufacturing terms.
